2. You are registered, but you have changed your login details.
3. You are registered but have entered the wrong login details.
4. You do not have "cookies" and /or "JavaScript" enabled in your browser.

Forgot Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password you can request it to be sent to your e-mail address.  Click here to retrieve your password now.  You must have a valid email address in your profile.

Forgot Login?
Your Login is your QFS Membership number you received when you first joined the QFS. 

Wrong Password?
Remember that passwords and usernames are case sensitive. Be sure you are not confusing the number one (1) with the letter "l" ("el"), number zero (0) with the capital "O" ("Oh"), capital "s" and the number "5", and so on. Make sure you don't have caps lock on. Click here to try your password and username again if you think you got it wrong.

Wrong Login?
Your Login is your QFS Membership number.  Make sure you are typing in your QFS Membership number.  If you are still having difficulty logging in, please contact Memberships and include a contact phone number.
